Hi, we’re Nick & Jared — the owners and operators of Mill-Spec Home Improvement. We started out as co-workers for a local general contractor and here we are, almost a decade later, running a business together. Several years ago, the company we worked for was sold to a private equity firm and with that came all the clichés you hear about when a large corporation takes over a Mom & Pop operation. We started Mill-Spec so we could get back to our roots and provide homeowners with the care, the craftsmanship, and the attention to detail that their homes and their projects deserve.
